All companies that officially prove their Charter Agency are invited to apply for the organization. Fair Rules and Regulations

1. Boat Restriction: All participating agencies can exhibit a maximum of 2 (two) boats in the marina area.
2. Stand Models: Participants who plan to take part in booths other than boats must submit their booth models to the committee for approval if they differ from the standard quality determined by the organization.
3. Event Notification: The Organizer must be informed of any activities to be organized on the boats during or outside the screening hours.
4. Free Participation: All cocktails and events to be held during the organization will be attended free of charge with 2 VIP (10 for the production boats to be exhibited at Skopea) entrance cards to be prepared on their behalf. For general entrance in the navigation authorization and the number of entry certificates will be provided for the number of crew members present.
5. Discount on Berthing Fees: For boats that do not wish to take part in the marina, the fee will be 50% of the normal participation.
6. Payment and Services: Marina fees must be paid at least 15 days prior to the start of the event and boats are not allowed to depart during the fair. Electricity and water payments must also be made before departure.
7. Preparation Period: Boats must be in their allocated area on May 6, 2025 at the latest and must have completed all preparations by May 7, 2025.
8. Image Edits: For the correct use of the areas and to avoid visual pollution, the Organizer should be contacted for flags or pennants of boats. Only 1 (one) chair, 1 (one) pennant, 1 (one) welcome desk and 1 (one) mat are allowed.
9. Discounted Entrance Passes: Entrance cards for up to 5 people to be purchased by companies other than exhibitors will be 20% discounted.
10. Participation Penalty: Exhibitors who have completed the participation process but are not present during the fair will be fined 30% of the payment received for the occupied area.
11. Equipment Lift: All equipment on site for the organization must be removed by 17:00 on May 13 at the latest.
12. Comply with Instruction: Participants are obliged to follow the instructions of the Organizer and marina mooring authorities in the marina area during the fair. Boats wishing to stay in the marina after the end of the fair will be charged at the marina mooring fee after 18:30 on May 12, 2025.
13. Marina Rules The terms and conditions of use of Göcek Marina will be complied with during the fair. All instructions and warnings given by the Marina and Show Committee officials will be complied with.
14. Safety and Ethical Rules at Sea: Participants are obliged to fully comply with the rules on the Health of Life and Property at Sea during the berthing and departure processes. They will also comply with the ethical rules applicable at sea.
15. Security of Personal Belongings: Each Participant is responsible for the security of his or her personal belongings. Participants are also responsible for the conduct and behavior of their staff and representatives.
    

    BOOTH EXHIBITION AND SALES PARTICIPATION
    You can also participate as a visitor with the standard entrance fee, and it is possible to rent a booth space that you can use to promote your services or products in the best way possible with the pricing below. In addition to the stands set up by Super Yacht Show Turkey, you need to get the approval of the committee for the stands you want to set up yourself.

    The daily Euro selling rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey will be taken as a basis for TL payments.

    Registration fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

    It should be noted that requests from registered enterprises will be prioritized. Accordingly, participants should be aware that the last the registration date of APRIL 10, 2025 They should be aware that they will not be positioned in the advertisements we will place after this date or in the designs on our website. The registration acceptance process for applications made after this date may also take longer than the normal process.

    Dress Code Boat personnel are obliged to participate in the fair in appropriate attire bearing the names of their boats.
